Since the reform on college graduates employment system the early nineties of last century, more and more educators and educatees focus on the university students about their growth. Therefore, based on the documentations, this paper investigated 425 university students in Chongqing through the self-assessment questionnaire"investigation on university student's view on growth", in order to get the information about the content and features of university student's view on growth. On the integrated use of psychology, education, management science and sociology, and other relevant theories, plus from domestic to foreign experts, scholars and educators on gratitude on the theory and practice experience, this study takes exploratory studies on university students' view on growth standards, purposes as well as the influential factors. This research mainly includes the following six-part:1. Based on the background of this research, this part brings forward the theoretical and practical significance of the research on university student's view on growth, and purpose of the study, research content and the logic among contents.2. Details on the theoretical support of this study, focusing on domestic and foreign-related gratitude psychological, gratitude education theory and practice research, and making a review of existing studies, putting forward the direction for further research;3. This part focused on the object of study, research processes, research methods and research tools in the design and research process, data processing and statistical methods, and so on.4. The specifically research on the university students' view on growth standards, purposes as well as the influential factors:By the method of descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis, T test and one-way ANOVA, this part will analyze the contents and the features of university student's view on growth, and analyze the differences between students in different type.5. This part will give the countermeasures for university students's growing based on the analysis of part-4.6. Summarize the conclusions of this study and make recommendations for further study.
