Basketball jump shot is the most commonly used scoring methods, It shot fast and high in basketball is very important. The jumper action complex, demanding, all affected by the more difficult to grasp, so for the basketball jump shot basketball Technology has become one of the key workers in the study.Can be adjustable ring is made of special materials, than the standard ring 5 cm in diameter narrow special ring, with this ring for a jumper training, whose aim is to target a more refined jumper, athlete's shooting hand to muscle stability and a more specialized level of perceived increased fine, so throw line athletes improve. In this paper, narrow ring to increase the difficulty of training in teaching, research, research in this area is still scarce, need to be pursued further.This study selected is the 2007 campaign of Xi'an Institute of Physical Education Department of basketball boys 40. Subjects were randomly divided into experimental and control group 20. The use of the experimental group can be adjustable ring (diameter 40cm) for jumper training, the control group using standard jumper ring for training. I used the experimental method, literature, interviews and statistics, follow the training principle of a unified training on the subjects of the selected subjects for 8 weeks of reduced-caliber training in basketball jump shot. Before and after the experiment and then throw line and the five indicators of psychological sense of perception (visual depth, manual stability, wrist sensitivity, discrimination threshold of the skin two fingers grip accuracy) for independent samples T test. The experiment concluded as follows:1. Throw line in the experimental group significantly increased before and after the experiment, was greater than the control group, and showed significant statistical difference. Proved the experimental group can be used in practice adjustable ring method to improve the jumper has an important contribution to the significance of results.2. Experimental group before and after the five psychological experiments Perception There was no significant difference in the control group before and after the five psychological experiments athletes Perception Index also no significant difference. However, the data shows the average experimental group than in the large rise in the control group. Analysis of its causes: the experiment due to limited conditions were only 8 weeks, but man's psychological sense of perceived change is a relatively slow process, in the limited training time of psychology in making sense of changes in perception and proprioception is very difficult to place.3. Recommended the promotion of players can be adjustable ring to shoot in order to achieve the effect of raising the rate hit a jumper. Especially for young athletes or high jumper and change the relationship between psychological sense of perception to further long-term experiments and research.
