In this thesis, a load feedback low-frequency fatigue-testing machine controlled by Microprocessor is developed. The machine adopts advanced electro-hydraulic servo system, which is controlled by micro-computer (MCS-51 single chip processor). The hard wares and the hydraulic system and load system are introduced in brief in the paper. The testing results are analyzed and the improving measures are given.The loading process can be done depending on the presenting programmer through the control system, The loading frequency can be chosen within the range of 0~10Hz.The load and cycle-index can be shown whenever necessary. So the testing process has been monitored automatically. The system can stop the test and store the important data automatically when the work piece fractures for fatigue. After testing, the testing results and the loading waves, which have been recorded in the testing process, will be printed by Micro-printer.The experimental results proved that this testing machine is successful and practical.
