With the swift development and popularization of Internet technique , the network message resources improve gradually. A kind of completely new education model---distant education has made a breakthough in the method and resource of the traditional education. It meets many basic requirement such as without the limition of time and space ,sharing the resource and opening the system . The design objective of the internet educational terrace is to utilize the advanced IT,Acording to different educational models and different educational characters ,the distant education gives us an flexible ,shrinked,and interactive education environment. In this article ,we first discuss the contemporary distant education state and the currently system structure ,Expounding the fundamental features of contemporary distant education in three aspects.secondly we carry on the easy summary in Java2's technique,thirdly, relating its significant system structure . finally we analyse the main focus of the network .Uniting Jilin University distant education organisation and administration pattern ,this article has been underway the former surveys and the system analysis work .It sums up and designs the development scheme of distant education that fit in school requirements .Because JSP technique and the J2EE of java2 technique have many strongpoints such as reliability ,great power , high effectiveness,strong interaction ,flexibility and variability ,they can make a good combination between distant education satellite net and the surface network ,achieving the "the universe unite system"of distant education which is baseded on administion and support.The system is divided into basic function,basic data structure and the data flow direction according to to the systematical reseach .At the same time ,the function is divided by different level,which assure the direction of data flow is reasonable . The user of distant educational administration and supporting system mainly include students,teachers and administrators. This paper mainly talk about how the three different users realize the task of study and educational management on the internet .The logical structure of distant education management and supporting system completes its system function via four level's B/S technique. B/S model is a kind of new MIS systematic terrace model that bases on WEB technique .The traditional C/S pattern's server is divided into one data server and one or more application server ,which composes a client server of three level, adding the level of data management , they constitute one B/S pattern of four level. Utilizing Java2/Jsp technique, the data bean can complete a SQL word that is inset in the operating system , which can transmit a word to SQL word ,and it can also be utilized to carry out a beforehand operation .XML is a kind of open data structure, which can stress the description of data structure in the description of data. The relationship between data can be come out easily , which can achieve the data structure design. Finally ,systematic hard (soft ) environment is talked about .Some installation parameters of net server , data server and some application service are collocated in this paper .
