As the development of science and technology, intelligent control, a new and dependent subject, has increasingly make application in industrial control field far and wide, with the help of its learning and organization ability and good cooperation mode between human and computer. Actually, the traditional distributed control system (DCS) has already not met the demand of control. Thereupon, only it will be the mainstream of research and practice of automation field that integrating the intelligent control with traditional control theory to realize the optimization of industrial process control. In the background of the automation alteration system of Daye Iron Ore Pellet Factory, the thesis makes the emphases on introduce of the design and realization of Gas-produced automation control subsystem, which include two parts: Gas-produced control system and Gas Pressurization system. Firstly, the thesis introduces the construction of the whole system, and also describes how the subsystem communicates with each other by means of CANBUS. Secondly, from the technical point of view, thesis studies the intelligent control method about Gas-produced process. Thirdly, from the aspects of hardware,software,communication and control, thesis introduce the final scheme of Gas-produced system in detail. In the end, with the spot result, the thesis gives the summary about the achievement and defect. For the realization of the quality control of gas, thesis formerly set up a NN quality model of gas, realize the online measure of gas's quality. However, the final scheme changes to a double layers control system because of difficulty of the design of quality controller and the error of the online measure. The superstratum is made of expert control system, which gives out the set value, whereas, the underlayer consists of PID controller. At the same time, a fuzzy-PID complex controller is applied in gas pressure regulation system to realize the steady control of high pressure gas.
