Comparison Of Liposuction Methods In Autologous Fat And Breast Augmentation And Analysis Of Influencing Factors Of Clinical Efficacy

Objective To explore the effect on the autologous fat transplantation by different harvest methods of liposuction and to analysis the possible affective factors. Methods By retrospective study method, 67 participants from January 1st 2013 to October 30 th 2014 of breast augmentation with autologous fat granules were involved.The sumples we divided into three groups, the water-assisted liposuction group(group A), the syringe liposuction group(group B) and the negative-pressure machine liposuction(group C), the operating time and the post operation survival rate of adipose were evaluated. The relations between the survival rate of adipose and the factors including BMI index, marital status and occupation status were observed as well. Results In group A, the adipose survival rate was(48.15±16.84)%; in group B, the adipose survival rate was(35.24±16.79)%; in group C, the adjpose survival rate was(25.50±15.56)%. There were statistically significant difference between the group A and B(P=0.117), statistically significant difference exits between the group A and C(P=0.002). There were no difference between the group B and C(P=0.006). As for the operation time of liposuction, the group A was(35.17±4.78) min; the group B was(34.83±5.97) min and the group C was(59.95±13.09) min. Single factor analysis revealed that many factors might affect the rate of adipose survival. When the BMI index <18.5, adipose survival rate was significantly lower than that of BMI index in normal(P=0.002) or high(P=0.006) population. Occupation status and marital status have no significant difference to the control group on the effect of survival rate(P>0.05). Conclusion 1.There are higher adipose survival rate after adipose transplantation by the water-assisted liposuction than the syringe liposuction and the negative-pressure machine liposuction, there is a good effect of breast augmentation in clinical. 2.There is no significant difference of adipose transplant survival rate between negative-pressure machine liposuction and syringe liposuction; 3.Compared with the syringe liposuction, water-assisted liposuction and negative pressure liposuction can shorten the time. Using these methods, the physical strength of doctors can be saved and the psychological burden of patients reduced. There was no significant difference between the water-assisted liposuction and negative-pressure machine liposuction; 4.Low BMI index(low body mass index) may affect effects of autologous adipose transplantion.
