Therefore, this subject aims to explore the relationship between the relevant factors of tubal factor infertility caused by pelvic adhesions and the chinese traditional medicine, so that we can optimize the treatment plan.ObjectiveWe need to find whether traditional Chinese medicine curative effect has influence on different conditions of pelvic adhesions and relevant symptom. And explore correlation of HSG and the degree of pelvic adhesions. Referring to the result, we can optimize the treatment of this disease.Research Method(1) According to the HSG meet the pelvic adhesion diagnosis standard (convoluted tubes, aforenamed tubes, loculation of contrast medium in peritoneum, halo effect, and fixed laterodeviation of the uterus), the patients can be divided into four groups(1 group meets two pelvic adhesion diagnosis standards,2group meets three pelvic adhesion diagnosis standards, 3 group meets four pelvic adhesion diagnosis standards,4group meets five pelvic adhesion diagnosis standards,)we screen 66 cases.(2) Comparing the relationship between different cases and curative effect, we can choose something which is more suitable for Chinese traditional medicine treatment. And explore correlation of HSG and the degree of pelvic adhesions.(3) Do research about age, relevant symptom, medical history, course of disease, and diagnosis, we can make evaluation which group is more suitable to Chinese medical treatment.Result(1)The relationship between the tubal factor infertility caused by pelvic adhesion and Chinese medicine effect:1 group effective rate is 86.67%,2group effective rate is 50.00%,3group effective rate is 33.33%,4group effective rate is 0.00%.Compare four groups statistical significant (P<0.01).Compare 1 guoup and 2,3,4 group statistical significant (P<0.05),and 1 group is effective than 2,3,4group.2,3,4 group no statistical significant (P>0.05)(2) The relationship between the symptom caused by pelvic adhesion and Chinese medicine effect:1 group effective rate is 93.33%,2group effective rate is 85.71%,3group effective rate is 44.44%,4group effective rate is 40.00%.Compare four groups statistical significant (P<0.05). Compare lguoup and 3,4 group statistical significant (P<0.05),and 1 group is effective than 3,4group. Compare 2guoup and 3,4 group statistical significant (P<0.05),2 group is effective than 3,4group.1,2 group no statistical significant (P>0.05).3,4 group no statistical significant (P>0.05)(3) Influence factors:primary infertility effective rate is 36.67%,secondary infertility effective rate is 61.11%, Compare two groups statistical significant (P<0.05). Age under 25 effective rate is 14.29%,age between26-35 effective rate is 60.00%, older than 36 effective rate is 22.22%, Compare three groups statistical significant (P<0.05). No relevant disease-course effective rate is 90.00%,1-2 times relevant disease-course effective rate is 62.86%, over 3 times relevant disease-course effective rate is 9.52%, Compare three groups statistical significant (P<0.05).1-3 years course of disease effective rate is 55.17%, over 3 years course of disease effective rate is 12.50%, Compare three groups statistical significant (P<0.05)Conclusion(1) Chinese medicine comprehensive treatment has the best curative effect within the patients whose HSG meets two diagnostic criteria. The relevant symptom’s treatment within the patients whose HSG meets two or three diagnostic criteria is more effective than the other groups.(2) Through analyzing the four groups and their treatment results, it doesn’t show that the number of diagnostic criteria that the HSG meets is related to the degree of pelvic adhesions.(3) The different age, disease-course, treatment-time, and diagnosis all cause the change of treatment-ending.
