LAVH and LEEP is a common gynecological surgery on clinical, therapeutic effect has been consistently demonstrated, but there are still bleeding, infection, pain and slow healing and other complications, affecting the health and quality of life of patients. This study suggests that, gynecological surgery incisions are Chinese edge of the injury, after surgery is the major pathogenesis cold coagulation and blood stasis, qi and blood weekness.Local external use of traditional Chinese medicine treatment method, in order to warm the body, the divergence of cold, blood circulation, eliminate swelling, clear corruption, grow new muscle, warm wound, give priority to grow new granulation.This study is to use LAVH postoperative vaginal stump and LEEP in postoperative cervical wound as an example, the "sheng yu No.1" outside agents used for postoperative wound, to observe the postoperative vaginal bleeding, vaginal stump and cervical wound healing in situation, complication rates, and wound healing time and so on related indicators, to explore "sheng yu No.1" to promote the clinical curative effect of postoperative wound of department of gynaecology.Methods1ã€The row LAVH were randomly divided into experimental and control groups.30 cases in each group, experimental group will be "Shengyu No.l" Pharmacy vaginal stump suture in surgery with sterile gauze dipped agent evenly on the stump, and then set the vagina fill yarn; after 2,5 days, again evenly agent in the vagina stump.The control group apply of iodophor.After 7 days and one month of patients to outpatient review, after 10 and 15 days telephone follow-up. After the surgery the first two days the recording body temperature and blood values, as well as post-operative bleeding time, after seven days and one month after vaginal stump healing rates and the incidence of polyps a month.
