Study On Mining And Sorting Of Mongolian Medicine Toxicity Theory And Safe Drug Use

Mongolian medicine is the abbreviation of traditional Mongolian medicine, and it is a unique medicine theory and method accumulated by Mongolian people during a long struggle against diseases. Mongolian medicine is also an important part of traditional Chinese medicine. Application of Mongolian medicine is one of the main means for safeguarding Mongolian people’s health. With the curative effect affirmed, Mongolian medicines have been applied to all parts of the country gradually. Therefore, this thesis starts from the literatures on excavation and reorganization of Mongolian medicine toxicity theory and safe medication ideology, in order to improve the safety of clinical application of Mongolian medicine and make contribution to toxicity studies of Mongolian medicine. This thesis includes three aspects as follow.1. Mongolian medicine introduction and its toxicity related research progress. This thesis briefly introduced the development of Mongolian medicine and the basic theory of Mongolian medicine, which found that Mongolia people had a long history and an unique theoretical system of application of Mongolian medicine. Mongolia people also took reasonable application of Mongolian medicine seriously. It was feasible to excavate and reorganize Mongolian medicine toxicity theory and safe medication ideology from classical literatures. This thesis reviewed the modern Mongolian medicine toxicity researches, which found that the researches focused on the experimental studies and toxicity related researches were rarely seen. There were some reports of adverse reactions of Mongolian medicine, but clinical medication safety summary researches were less, so it is necessary to study safe medication based on Mongolian medicine literatures.2. Study based on the "toxicity" related contents of classical literatures of Mongolian medicine. This thesis excavated toxicity and safe medication theory based on the "poison" related contents of ancient Mongolian medicine classics named Meng Yi Gan Lu Si Bu. The thesis found that "toxic" concept of the classics was very broad and the concept involved etiology, symptoms and drugs. Prevention, diagnosis and treatment of toxicosis also had detailed records in the classics, and the records proved toxicity theory rudiment of Mongolian medicine existed. Ancient and modern language patterns are different, the current safe medication ideology exist in the rudiment. This thesis collected toxic Mongolian drug records based on Meng Yao Zheng Dian, Mongolian medicine of Chinese material medica and Mongolian medicine of China medical encyclopedia. There were 78 kinds of toxic drugs collected from the three books, and the quantity of toxic Mongolian drugs of contemporary classics was more than the ancient classics, it proved that attention of safe medication was enhanced in contemporary time and the ancient classics records were worthy of further study too. This thesis collected detoxification method records based on Meng Yao Gan Lu Si Bu, Mongolian medicine of Chinese material medica and Mongolian medicine of China medical encyclopedia. There were 48 kinds of detoxification preparative ways,20 groups of couplet medicines contained toxic Mongolian drugs through association analysis from prescriptions and 4 kinds of guiding drugs collected from the three books. The analysis of this thesis showed that these methods or drugs may reduce toxicity of Mongolian drugs.3. Study based on contemporary literatures of adverse drug reaction of Mongolian patent medicines. The thesis selected Mongolian patent medicines from 2015 Chinese pharmacopoeia and Chinese health departmental standard of Mongolian medicine, searched literatures with the subject headings of Mongolian patent medicine names from CNKI and VIP databases in nearly thirty-five years, and analyzed the possible factors of adverse Mongolian patent medicine reactions from three aspects including medication, body and drug use. There were 13 kinds of Mongolian patent medicines involved, and involved systems and organs included digestive system, skin and accessories, nervous system, circulatory system and so on, the most common adverse reaction was digestive system damage. Adverse reaction may be related to drug toxicity component, drug interaction enhancing, patients with national difference, the difference of individual patients, patients with pathological status, combining Mongolian and western medicine, improper medicine and other factors.The thesis chose safe medication of Mongolian medicine as the main research contents, excavated and reorganized Mongolian medicine toxicity theory and adverse drug reaction of Mongolian patent medicines from literatures in order to provide literature basis for safe medication and research of Mongolian medicine.
