| Chronic skin ulcer which turned pale with little scarce and the granulation tissue with purple dark around the wound is Yin sore. It should be treated by warming Yang and invigorating Qi, activating blood and promoting granulation. Previous studies showed that Huiyang Shengji ointment as a treatment method for Yin sore can change the sore from static to dynamic and from the Yin syndrome to Yang syndrome, so it can accelerate the wound surface repairing; Animal experiments have shown that application of Huiyang Shengji ointment, TNF-a in serum of the chronic skin ulcer rats decreased, and the increasing the expression level of angiogenesis related cytokines such as VEGF and VEGFR-2.ObjectiveThe purpose of this topic is based on the preliminary studies, it wants to observe the clinical effect on Huiyang Shengji ointment treating chronic Yin sore, such as the wound secretion quantity and texture, granulation, etc.MethodThis study all patients enrolled August 2013 to September 2015 Beijing Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine of patients who sufferd from Chronic skin ulcers. Application random number through table method, the subjects were divided into treatment group (Huiyang Shengji gauze group) and control group (Longzhu gauze strip). Among them, the treatment group given back to Yang Shengji ointment gauze dressing. The patients in control group were treated with Longzhu ointment gauze dressing. The two groups were changed dressing one time every day.12 days as 1 course of treatment.0,3,6,9 and 12 day after the start, the form of wounds were evaluated. The change of wound area and secretion were compared by photo Image-Pro Plus software and wound secretion samples. Application of EXCEL database, SPSS 22.0 software to analyze curative effect of two topical treatment of the drug group. Also before treatment and after treatment were detected biochemical indicators of blood routine, urine routine, hepatic and renal function. Paying attention to whether the patient has any adverse reactions, and clearing whether the drugs have side effects.Result1 Wound secretion comparison.1.1 Comparison the quantity of wound secretion. In treatment group, it has no obvious change in the third day, and it significantly increased in the 6th and 9th day compared with it before treatment (P< 0.05). It has no significant changes in 12th day compared with it before treatment.In control group, it has no significant changes in 9 days before, and it increased in the 12th day compared with it before treatment (P< 0.05).1.2 Comparison of the wound secretion texture.In treatment group, it has no obvious change in the third day, and the wound secretion texture significantly changed in the 6,9,12th days compared with it before treatment. (P< 0.05); In control group, it has no significant changes all along. The wound secretion texture of the treatment group became thick, while the control group had no obvious change.2 Granulation score comparison.In treatment group, granulation has no obvious change in 6 days before, and it significantly decreased in 9,12th days compared with it before treatment(P< 0.05); In control group, it has no obvious change in 9 days before, and it decreased in 12th day compared with it before treatment (P< 0.05).Comparison between the two groups,6,9,12 days, the treatment group than the control group the granulation rate significantly decreased (P< 0.05).From the growth of granulation,we know the treatment group was obviously better than the control group..3 Comparison of the total scores of the wound.3.1 Comparison of the total scores of wounds:Intreatment group, treating for third days, the score of the wound has no significant changed compared with 0th day. For 6,9,12th days, the score of the wound significantly decreased compared with 0th day (P< 0.05). Incontrol group, the score of the wound has no significant changed in 9 days before compared with 0th day; treating for 12 days, the score of the wound has obviously decreased than it is in 0th day (P< 0.05).3.2 Comparison of the wounds’ scores of treatment group and control group in the same time:in the third day, wound score between the two groups had no obvious difference.6,9,12 days, the wounds’ scores of treatment group has significantly decreased than it of control group (P< 0.05).4 Comparison of the total efficiency of two groupsTreating for 12 days, two groups had no completely recovered case and markedly improved case. The treatment group has 17 effective cases and 3 ineffective cases, the total effective rate was 85.0%;The control group, it has 4 effective cases and 16 ineffective cases, the total effective rate was 20.0%.The total effective rate in treatment group is significantly higher than control group (P<0.05).Conclusion1 The Hui Yang Sheng Ji ointment yarn on the wound, wound secretion volume increased after the first reduce, from thin to thick texture, showed that inhibition of the inflammatory response is to promote the role.2 The Hui Yang Sheng Ji ointment yarn can promote the growth of granulation, and its effect is significantly higher than Long Zhu ointment yarn.3 Treat Yin ulcer, the curative effect of Hui Yang Sheng Ji ointment yarn is significantly superior than Long Zhu ointment yarn.4 The Hui Yang Sheng Ji ointment and Long Zhuointment yarn had no adverse reactions during the application, treatment before and after the main biochemical indexes has no obvious change, and were within the normal range, the two drugs has non-toxic side effects. |
