| Purpose : Combining colorectal adenoma polyp patients ’ constitution of traditional Chinese medicine with blood lipid related lab objective indicators,in order to investigate the relationship between colorectal adenoma polyp related risk factors and constitution classification, For Adenomatous polyps prevention and control of traditional Chinese medicine to provide new clinical thinking。Material and method:Collecting a total of 380 cases which cured by Line fiber colonoscopy at Shen Yang military region general hospital regions,digestive internal medicine and endoscopy center admission office and clinic in June 2014 to April 2015. In a total of 380 cases,158 colorectal adenoma polyp patients adenomatous polyp patients 80 cases, 142 cases of adenomatous polyp patients. The patients were detected with serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL- C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL- C).Through the Chinese medicine constitution classification and decision standard to judge patients constitution of traditional Chinese medicine in order to provide statistical analysis for collecting data.Results:1.Men more than women, in colon polyps group compared with normal control group was statistically significant(P < 0.05), adenomatous polyp group of men more than women, compared with normal control group was statistically significant(P < 0.05)。2. Colon polyps in the single factor analysis, and compared with normal control group(1.25 ± 0.45), colorectal adenoma polyp patients ’ serum HDL- C concentration(1.07±0.20 tendency for L) obviously on the low side, the difference was statistically difference;Colon polyps in patients with serum LDL- C concentration(3. 23±0.58 tendency for L) compared with normal control group(2.67±0.86 tendency for L) partial high, the difference was statistically(P< 0.05).3. 132 cases of simple physical large adenomas in patients with polyps,gentleness type in 13 cases(9.85%);qi Deficiency type 28 cases(21.21%);Yang Deficiency type 30 cases(22.73%);Yin Deficiency type 10 cases(7.58%); 20 cases of phlegmatic hygrosis type(15.15%);21 cases of dampness heat type(15.90%);3cases of blood stasis type(2.273%);6 cases of qi-depression type(4.55%);1 case of particular type(0.76%).Appears the frequency of different types of constitution order from more to less is: Yang Deficiency type >qi deficiency >dampness heat type > phlegmatic hygrosis type > gentleness type > Yin Deficiency type > qi-depression type > blood stasis type> particular type.4.Adenomatous polyp group and normal control group patients with blood lipid related indicators, the independent sample t test results of two groups of patients with HDL- C concentration(P < 0. 05) and LDL- C concentration was statistically difference(P < 0. 05).5.Constitution for Yang qualitative colorectal adenoma polyp patients compared with normal control group patients with blood lipid related indicators, the independent sample t test results for the two groups of patients with LDL- C concentration was statistically difference(P < 0. 05).6.Constitution for hot and humid qualitative colorectal adenoma polyp patients compared with normal control group patients with blood lipid related indicators,the independent sample t test results for the concentration of two groups of TC and LDL- C concentration was statistically difference(P < 0. 05).7.Constitution is phlegmy wet qualitative colorectal adenoma polyp patients compared with normal control group patients with blood lipid related indicators,the independent sample t test results for the two groups of patients with concentration of HDL and LDL- C- C concentration was statistically difference(P < 0. 05).Conclusion:1. The incidence of colorectal adenoma polyp is men than women。2. Age for colorectal adenoma polyps’ occurrence of risk factors, the higher the age, the greater the risk。3. The most quality classification of colorectal adenoma polyp patients is Yang deficiency constitution, most of the rest of the body frequency is: qi deficiency > dampness heat type > phlegmatic hygrosis type > gentleness type >Yin Deficiency type > qi-depression type > blood stasis type> particular type.4.Blood lipid index of serum HDL- C concentration is lower and the higher the concentration of LDL- C crowd the greater the probability of adenomatous colon polyps.5.Constitution of Yang deficiency type in the crowd, blood lipid index of the higher the concentration of serum LDL- C crowd has a greater the probability of adenomatous colon polyps.6.Constitution for the dampness heat type,and blood lipid index of the higher the concentration of serum LDL- C crowd has a greater the probability of adenomatous colon polyps.7.Constitution is phlegmatic hygrosis type population, the lower the blood lipid index of serum HDL- C concentration and the higher the concentration of LDL- C crowd have a greater the probability of adenomatous colon polyps. |
