Study On Distribution And Evolution Of Diabetes Syndrome Type In Recent 20 Years

Purpose:Investigating the distribution of collateral syndrome type, nature of collateral disease,location and evolution law of recent 20 years to provide basis for clinical treatment.Material and method:We need to analyse clinical literature reported collateral syndrome type distribution in recent 20 years by retrieving CNKI,Wanfang and weipu database to investigste the distribution disease distribution and the changes of etiology and pathogenesis in order to investigate the distribution of collateral syndrome type,elements,location and evolution law of recent 20 years.Results:1.The literature of clinical collateral classification has been increased gradually in recent 20 years.2.Syndrome differentiation methods were classified by different medical scientists.Patterns of differentiation syndrome were classified by etiopathogenesis,by different stages,by TCM Eight principal syndromes and Viscus discrimination,by constitution theory.3. There are 115 kinds of collateral syndrome types in 202 papers, By arrangement of the syndrome types,there are 80 kinds in the distribution of collateral syndrome type.The most syndrome type were Qi and Yin deficiency(19.16%),Yin and Yang deficiency(16.66%), deficiency of Yin and excessive heat syndrome(13.77%),Hot and humid Syndrom(5.51%),blood stasis syndrome(4.98%).4.Root of the body stays insufficient whereas superficiality of the evil keeps exuberant.Clinical collateral is based on Yin deficiency syndrome,Qi deficiency syndrome,Yang deficiency syndrome and Qi-yin deficiency syndrome,the major clinical manifestations are wet phlegm syndrome, Phlegm heat syndrome, blood stasis syndrome,heat syndrome,Qi stagnation syndrome,stagnation of fluid-dampness syndrome and Yang hyperactivity syndrome.5.With the change of times,location of collateral disease and nature of collateral diseasechanges obviously in recent 20 years. The fastest-growing pathological factors are blood stasis syndrome(284.61%)and phlegm heat syndrome(225.00%);The fastest-growing disease location are spleen(292.85%)and liver(133.33%).Conclusion:1. location of collateral disease and nature of collateral disease changes obviously in recent20 years。2. Form the perspective of disease location, liver and spleen play an increasingly important role in the pathogenesis of diabetes; in terms of pathological factors, the diabetes induced by phlegm-heat and blood stasis becomes more and more prominent.
