Clinical Analysis Of Qingyingyin In The Treatment Of Vitreous Hemorrhage Of Qi And Yin Deficiency

Purpose: Analysis of clinical efficacy of Qingliang Yin in the treatment of vitreous hemorrhageMaterial and method:From January 2014-2015 year in October,50 cases, the First Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Department of ophthalmology outpatient and inpatient patients with vitreous hemorrhage in 61 eyes, using the method of random number table, 50 patients were divided into Chinese medicine group of 25 eyes in 30 cases, the control group(Western medicine group) 25 cases 31 eyes. The Chinese medicine group Qingliang Yin, one dose a day, two times a day, for 3 months, the control group with oral administration of Iodized Lecithin Tablets(Wo Liting), 3mg each time, 3 times a day, for 2 months, then reduced to 1.5mg each time, 3 times a day, for 1 months. Observe and record in March before and after treatment in patients with visual acuity, vitreous level changes, and to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results: 1.The traditional Chinese medicine group, the control group is significantly improved visual acuity and before March(P < 0.05), Chinese medicine group and the control group of drugs on the treatment of vitreous hemorrhage were effective. After three months of treatment of traditional Chinese medicine group and control group was significantly different(P<0.05), Chinese medicine treatment was significantly better than the control group. 2. To determine the comprehensive visual acuity and vitreous degree, by Ridit analysis, the treatment group of 95% CI=(0.3158, 0.4884), the control group of 95% CI=(0.5104, 0.6198); the two group of 95% non overlapping CI, that there was a significant difference between the treatment group, Chinese medicine treatment is better than the control group.Conclusion: Through clinical observation, after treatment, Qingliang Yin and Iodized Lecithin Tablets are the improved visual acuity, vitreous hemorrhage was also improved; Chinese medicine treatment group is better than western medicine group. The traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of vitreous hemorrhage was significantly better than the exact, Iodized Lecithin Tablets(Wo Liting).
