Professor Wang Xin 's Clinical Experience In Treating Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type

Merorrhagia and mextrostais is a common and frequently occuring disease,but also one of the difficult emergencies in gynecology.Suddenly vaginal bleeding gushed or under continuous drriping during menstruation is the major clinical manifestation corresponds and it would caused a range of complications like anaemia、reproductive organs’ secondary infection and even more endangering the patient lives.The summary part has arranged and analysed the clinical treatment for metrorrhagia and metrostaxis from Troditional Chinese Medicine and moden medicine. It’s etiology and pathogenesis is variety complicacy. Troditional Chinese Medicine consdered that it’s csused by seriously imbalance on Axial theory of Kidney-menstruation-Chongren-uterus. Various schools of Chinese Medicine have its own characteristics on using drugs based on de different emphasis when they treat the merorrhagia and mextrostais and get a great efficacy. Hormone thherapy or surgery has a significantly effect on hemostasis in moden medicine,but it has badly side-effects.The part of the text has reviewed and arranged the Academic Thought for this disease from my professor and summarized the clinical experience for the treatment.My professor have more then30 years clinical experience and had her unique view.She thought that the pathogenesis of metrorrhagia and metrostaxis is based on deficiency of spleen qi and blood stasis block in superficiality.It couldn’t control the blood due to the deficiency of spleen qi caused the menstruation arriving at the abnormal time.Hemorrhaging long time would destroy qi and blood that the blood stasis has been created caused by incapably transportation of blood basing on the deficiency of qi;It would aggravate the damage of qi and blood if we didn’t eliminate the blood stasis that the new blood uncircled.That is a reciprocal causation relationship between qi deficiency and blood stasis and formed root deficiency and symptoms excess. Professor not only use the hemostatics but also blancing the plug flow and clarifying and use “Tui Mo Tang” which could invigorating qi and consolidating Chong,removing blood stasis for hemostasis during hemorrhage.Then invigorating spleen and kidney to involution after hemostasis.
