Analysis On The Regularity Of Treatment Of Diarrhea - Predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome By Liver - Spleen

Purpose:By on the statistical analysis of the treatment with the traditional Chinese Medicine the medication frequency and correlation analysis,which can summarize the core of IBS-D drugs,resistance,meridian,drug class and couplet medicines and so on.That will provide theoretical and clinical basis for the treatment of IBS-D,provide new ideas for the expert experience and provide Chinese academic experience for sorting and inheritance. From the treatment with the medicine 3404 times, that bitter, sweet, pungent drugs are most frequently used,Light, acid, astringent with relatively are less and salty is the least. 3.Drug classification:The warm medicine is the most,and the use frequency is 1441 times.The rest are cold, flat,cold and hot. 4.The spleen, stomach, lung, liver, heart are the the normalized maximum.The second is: large intestine, kidney, gallbladder.The least is: bladder, small intestine, meridian, pericardium. 5.Tonic drugs, heat clearing drugs in the treatment of the two dominant.Secondly, dampness medicine, dampness, Qi medicine of these five drugs is the main drug for the treatment of IBS-D. 6.Correlation analysis of 22 medicinal SPSS22.0 with frequency larger than 50 times,by screening, listed the 50 pairs of drugs which P < 0.01.
