| Purpose: To observe the clinical effectiveness of treatment of elderly hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage used by minimally invasive surgery combined with ultra-early traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture. Material and methods: The elderly patients of neurosurgery suffering from hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage but not serious nerve functional damage who can be conducted by minimally invasive surgery in Liaoning during the period between 2014 and 2015 have been gathered and 60 cases qualified to the standard were randomly divided into three groups according to the sequence of hospitalization, one of which is treatment group with Chinese medicine,one is the treatment group with acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine and the other of which is control group. Minimally invasive surgery and conventional internal medicine were applied to control group while the patients of the other group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine as well as other methods of early comprehensive treatment such as scalp acupuncture, electroacupuncture, eye acupuncture and body acupuncture compared with the control group according to the clinical effects of dialectical treatment. The other treatment group without any acupuncture.The situation of change and incidence of complication during hospitalization in patients of nerve functional deficiency was observed to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment of elderly hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage used by the integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine with the statistic conducted by SPSS17.0. Results:Higher degree of nerve functional deficiency in traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture than the other groups but all being effective. Conclusion:There being significant effectiveness of treatment of elderly hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage especially in nerve functional deficiency used by minimally invasive surgery combined with ultra-early traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture. |
