| Purpose:To study the changes of blood pressure between the hypertensive patients with different syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine of different periods after exercise.Material and method:The patients of having the treadmill exercise test was selected from the people’s hospital of Liaoning province between January 2015 and December 2015.There are 169 cases with essential hypertention,the mean age is 53.79±9.40(26-70),there are 43 cases of normal blood pressure,the mean age is 55.26±9.33(31-69).Selecting the hypertension patients according to the western medicine internal medicine diagnostic criteria,totally 169 patients with essential hypertension are divided into 4 groups according to the Standardization of Syndrome of the Guide Book of New TCM Pharmaceutic Clinical Research(2002 edition),liver-fire hyperactivity syndrome(n=41),yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome(n=45),excessive phlegm-dampness syndrome(n=43),yin-yang deficiency syndrome(n=40),normal blood pressure(n=43)。The treadmill exercise test is carring out according to the Bruce solutions or secondary energy movement,recording the blood pressure before exercise,right the moment after exercise,2 minutes after exercise,4 minutes after exercise,6 minutes after exercise,as well as the height,weight,waist,hip,history of smoking,drinking,medical history and so on,analysising the change characteristics,trends and influencing factors of different traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome patterns of essential hypertension and normal blood pressure patients,studying the clinical significance,in order to provide clinical basis on controlling the blood pressure for hypertensive patients after exercise.Results:1.Cpmparision of patients with high blood pressure before exercise:yin-yang deficiency syndrom is highest:150.1±4.54/85.75±3.33 mm Hg,then is the yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome:143.33±5.61/84.07±4.73 mm Hg,there is statistical significances between them(P<0.001),liver-fire hyperactivity syndrome and excessive phlegm-dampness syndrome are the lowest:133.76±5.36/74.88±3.11 mm Hg,133.77±4.98/75.47±3.52 mm Hg, there is no statistical significances between them(P>0.05);the pulse pressure(PP) before exercise of yin-yang deficiency syndrome is the highest:64.35±4.53,it is significantly different from the other three groups(P<0.001);there is no significant difference between other three groups(P>0.05).2.The highest blood pressure of the normal groups and the EH groups are carried out right the moment after the exercise.3.Cpmparision of patients with high blood pressure after exercise:yin-yang deficiency syndrome and yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome are higher than others:188.78±5.50/89.40±3.28 mm Hg,187.09±5.89/87.76±4.42 mm Hg,they are significantly different from other groups(P<0.001),but there is no significant difference between them(P>0.05).there is no significant difference between liver-fire hyperactivity syndrome and excessive phlegm-dampness syndrome(P>0.05).4.The change of the blood pressure of the normal groups after exercise is 31.49±11.05 mm Hg/4.6±1.16 mm Hg,is lower than the EH groups:39.33±8.70 mm Hg/3.85±1.121,there is significant difference between them(P<0.001);The time of the systolic blood pressure of normal groups return to the standard before exercise is the 4th minutes after exercise,is faster than the EH groups,The time of the systolic blood pressure of normal groups return to the standard before exercise is the 6th minutes after exercise,there are significant differences between them(P<0.001).5.Total syndromes of EH patients,comparing the systolic blood pressure between the right the moment after exercise and the time before exercise,the change of the yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome is the largest,it is significantly different from the excessive phlegm-dampness syndrome and yin-yang deficiency syndrome(P<0.001);the systolic blood pressure of liver-fire hyperactivity syndrome and excessive phlegm-dampness syndrome return to normal at the 4th minutes after exercise,the change of liver-fire hyperactivity syndrome is 1.66±0.73 mm Hg,the change of excessive phlegm-dampness syndrome is 1.56±1.08 mm Hg,it is significantly different from the yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome(P<0.001);the systolic blood pressure of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome and yin-yang deficiency syndrome after exercise haven’t returned back to normal after 6 minutes,yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome is 3.47±1.44 mm Hg,yin-yang deficiency syndrome is 5.43±2.61 mm Hg,it is significantly different from the liver-fire hyperactivity syndrome and the excessive phlegm-dampness syndrome(P<0.001).6.The pulse pressure of EH patients after exercise is higher than the normal groups,there is significantly different between them(P<0.001);the highest pulse pressure of EH patients after exercise are yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome and yin-yang deficiency syndrome,there is significantly different between liver-fire hyperactivity syndrome and excessive phlegm-dampness syndrome(P<0.001),there is no significantly different between yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome and yin-yang deficiency syndrome(P>0.05);there is no significantly different between liver-fire hyperactivity syndrome and excessive phlegm-dampness syndrome after exercise(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The values of the EH patients have some relationships with the TCM syndrome,the values of blood pressure of liver-fire hyperactivity syndrome and excessive phlegm-dampness syndrome is lower than the yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome and yin-yang deficiency syndrome;The trend of the blood pressure of different patterns of EH patients is the same as the trend of the rest.2.The maximum blood pressure occurs right the time after the exercise,it is of no relationships with the TCM syndrome;the speed of the blood pressure returning back to normal after exercise of the group of normal is faster than the EH groups,the liver-fire hyperactivity syndrome and excessive phlegm-dampness syndrome is faster than the yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome and yin-yang deficiency syndrome;the speed of the systolic blood pressure coming back to normal may have some relationship with the degree of the lesions.3.The pulse pressure(PP) of the normal groups is lower than the EH groups,the PP of the the liver-fire hyperactivity syndrome and excessive phlegm-dampness syndrome is lower than the yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome and yin-yang deficiency syndrome deficiency pattern... |
