Purpose:Meta-analysis is adopted in the study to evaluate the clinical effects of supplementing Qi, nourishing Yin and promoting blood circulation method in curing stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. The study provides medical evidence for traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) for supplementing Qi, nourishing Yin and promoting blood circulation in its clinic promotion and application.Material and method:Scientific search strategy is formulated for the study. Strict standards are also made out for inclusive and exclusive criteria of articles. The author retrieved Chinese document, published from 2006 to 2016, which is with regard to the clinical effect and safety of supplementing Qi, nourishing Yin and promoting blood circulation method in curing stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease, by means of computer database retrieval and manual search. The Cochrane Collaboration’s tool for assessing risk of bias is used to evaluate the quality of inclusive articles which will be analyzed by the Review Manager 5.3Results:13 articles are included. There are 1203 cases, including 627 treatment groups and 576 control groups. The analysis results of final indicator are as follows:1.TCM for supplementing Qi, nourishing Yin and promoting blood circulation and routine western medicine VS routine western medicine,The curative effect for angina pectoris, treatment group was better than control group. The differences have statistical significance; The curative effect for TCM syndrome, treatment group was better than control group. The differences have statistical significance;Theimprovement rate of electrocardiogra-m, treatment group was better than control group. The differences have statistical significance; The reducing rate of nitroglycerin, Its differences have no statistical significance.2.TCM for supplementing Qi, nourishing Yin and promoting blood circulation VS western medicine(isosorbide dinitrate): The curative effect for angina pectoris, treatment group was better than control group. Differences have statistical significance; The curative effect for TCM syndrome, treatment group was better than control group. The differences have statistical significance; The improvement rate of electrocardiogram,Its differences have no statistical significance.Conclusion:1.The supplementing Qi, nourishing Yin and promoting blood circulation method combined with routine western medicine has great advantages over routine western medicine in curing stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in terms of curative effect for angina pectoris, curative effect for TCM syndrome and improvement rate of electrocardiogram. But two groups have no statistical significancefor the reducing rate of nitroglycerin.2.The single-application of TCM for supplementing Qi, nourishing Yin and promoting blood circulation has advantages over the single-application of routine western medicine in curative effect for angina pectoris and TCM syndrome. But two groups have no statistical significances in improvement rate of electrocardiogram...
