A Follow - Up Study Of Traumatic Stress Disorder After Traumatic Injury

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of post traumatic stress disorder(PTSD) and the effect of psychological crisis intervention in our city.Method 80 trauma patients of major accidents of 11.22 Sinopec East yellow oil pipeline leak explosion were collected, the incidence and clinical features of PTSD were statistically analyzed; psychological crisis intervention was used in all PTSD patients, and the patients were followed up for 2 years after treatment.Result Disaster after the onset of PTSD patients 1 week rate was 48.8%,The main clinical symptoms were sleeplessness, flashbacks, avoidance, fear, anger, anxiety, depression and so on. After 4 weeks of treatment, the effective rate of the PTSD patients was 100%, and the excellence rate was 84.6%, the HAMA and HAMD scores of PTSD patients with psychological crisis intervention after treatment of 1 week, 4 week and follow up were gradually decreased, they were significantly lower than those before treatment(P < 0.05), and the symptoms were not repeated during follow-up.Conclusion Psychological crisis intervention treatment have a good improvement effect for PTSD of severe trauma patients after the disaster, it has important significance for the improvement of the ability of PTSD treatment of the wounded after disaster.
