Objective: To explore the effects of long-term enhanced external counterpulsation(EECP) on survival myocardium of acute extensive anterior wall myocardial infarction who has accept Percutaneous Coronary Intervention. Methods: 65 patients who has accept PCI with acute anterior wall myocardial infarction were randomly assigned into 2 groups : conventional treatment group(group A n=30)and the EECP group(group B n=36).Both group patient who has accept PCI via the right radial artery received conventional treatment for 6 weeks, then the group B added EECP treatment for 36 hours(one hour every day) affter one week from PCI. Another 20 healthy person were collected as control. Realtime-PCR were adopted to detected the level of mi R-126 after 1d、2w、7w from PCI. At the same time, we record the group A and the control. 99MTc-MIBI-SPECT were applied to measure the survival myocardium.,and we record the the number of alive heart sarcomere period before and after the EECP.At the same time,we record the angina pectoris attacks. Results: Compared with healthy controls, plasma mi R-126 expression level decreased in patients with AMI obviously(p<0.05). There was no difference for the mi R-126 between the two group before the EECP therapy(p>0.05). After a period of treatment with EECP, group B own more mi R-126 in plasma compared with group A(p<0.05). After 6 weeks treatment, the group B own more survival myocardium than group A(p<0.05).Conclusion: EECP promotes the expression of mi R-126 for the patients with AMI.It promote survival myocardial quickly restore normal function through alleviate ischemia hypoxia.
