With the increasing of Chinese comprehensive national power andthe continued expansion of reform and opening up, there is a great manyof foreigners and overseas Chinese whose first language is not theChinese are eager to know about China and learn Chinese culture, andmade the Mandarin fever popular worldwide.Xi’an, a city known to all the world as one of the world’s four ancientcapitals of civilization, the birthplace of the Chinese civilization, theoutstanding representative of Chinese culture and the internationalmetropolis, is always the frontier for the world to know about China andlearn Chinese culture. Together with the facts that South Korea’sSamsung settled in Xi’an formally and South Korea’s Hyundai planningto settle in, make the demand of teaching Chinese as the second languagein Xi’an increases quickly again.However, the Xi’an folk training market of teaching Chinese as thesecond language still exists some problems which cannot well-satisfiedthe current rapid growing training needs. The official training marketlacks flexibility, meanwhile the folk training market seems disorder andweak. Taking Xi’an folk training market of teaching Chinese as thesecond language as the research object, with personal teaching experienceand practice as the starting point and using literature method, interviewmethod, PEST analysis and SWOT analysis, this paper is to discuss thepresent situation, existing problems, reasons and solutions that existed inXi’an folk training market of teaching Chinese as the second language, inthe hope of helping related practitioners pay attention to the cultivation oftheir professional quality and comprehensive ability, mining, guiding andtransferring Xi’an folk training market of teaching Chinese as the secondlanguage, providing the reference for other areas, and making the regionalfolk training market of teaching Chinese as the second language whichinclusive and open play a great education and economic value.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter of this paper is introduction, which systematicallydiscusses the significance of the topic, research status, theoretical basis, research methods, data sources and the main problem to be discussed.The second chapter is the current situation of the Xi’an folk trainingmarket of teaching Chinese as the second language, which introduces thegeneral situation and existing problems of the Xi’an folk training marketof teaching Chinese as the second language.The third chapter is the analysis of the current situation of the Xi’anfolk training market of teaching Chinese as the second language, usingPEST method to analyze which respectively from the aspect of political,economic, social and technical.The fourth chapter is the solving strategies, which firstly introducessome excellent Chinese language training institutions, followed by usingSWOT analysis method to analyze the advantages, disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the Xi’an folk training market of teachingChinese as the second language, finally, gives the suggestions on thedevelopment of the Xi’an folk training market of teaching Chinese as thesecond language.The fifth chapter is conclusion.To summarize the main idea and putforward the expectations to further study....
