Part three is the main part of this thesis. It makes an analysis of my paintings on the basic of my own experience and the study of the Expressionism. Part four is a transition. It makes an analysis of my work Posture. The final part makes a conclusion of my painting structure:influenced by the Neo-expressionism of Germany, and absorbing the essence of Chinese Freehand Brushworks, my painting style is expressive and of strong personality. My paintings can be divided into some periods: The Destruction of the Fire which is an embodiment of the loneness and deserted feeling represents the sorrow after the end of life. The Head is a picture reflecting the anxious and sad feeling. It embodies the tough struggle of individuals under the stress between the great and the sorrow. The Posture is a picture of twisty bodies representing the excited and helpless struggle against the destiny, the pain and the destruction. The Paper Collection expresses the three main themes. Every part is an independent system. It works out a complex effect by painting repeatedly. However, the final effect works out a simple but complete picture. Generally, my painting style is non-thematic, impulsive, direct, continuous and intuitive. My painting results into an open and possible effect by using the skill direct expression. |
