The study of musical structure and anti-structure, the vision is to re-look at the structure of the entire history of musical development. This vision is to find a cause from the music inside, rather than to acquire knowledge from the music outside. Dimensions of music research can be divided into diachronic and synchronic. These two dimensions are not conflicting, but complementary. Music language is the important topic of this paper, which the structure and anti-structure research is how to form the language of music and explore how the collapse. Human beings have the ability to structure, and also have the ability to anti-structure. People are always in constant construction and deconstruction. Throughout the history of Western or Chinese music, the structure is one thing having the ability to convert. However, the structure is a kind of violence, which is a culture of violence. The formation of a structure is perhaps the spirit of the times. However, the spirit of this era is not static. Every thought art history, the artistic language structure are breakthrough and retention.This paper discusses the origin of the first chapter of music structure; from Chapter II to Chapter IV, traces the musical construction of the three pillars, namely, the voice of God’s chant, breathing soul rhythm, sounding rhythm language. Fifth and sixth chapters are combing the historical model of musical construction, that construction of the historical model of sound and rhythm of historical models constructed. It should be said that this is a basic musical studies. If what the results achieved in this article, followings focused on these aspects. First, it studies the structure of the music as a possibility. Second, it combines the development of Western music as an important structure. Third, it reviews the history of thought related to the language of music perception. Topic of this study is also an exploration and an attempt to learn to write on the road and the road is the key. As Heidegger puts it is the road, rather than the Tao.
