Research On Animation Teaching Innovation Under The Impact Of Emerging Digital Media Development

With the rapid development of new digital media, those graduates who major in animation have been brought a broader employment space, but the traditional teaching has gradually locked up this opportunity. Therefore, the problem how the existing teaching should be reformed has become a significant issue that is attracting the educators’ attention. On the course we should set up a "pyramid" type, that is to say, we need to aid the students develop from a broad base of knowledge to a clear goal orientation teaching professional training. Moreover, in regard to the student management, we should allow them to learn in the form of small groups, and then enter the studio, where the staff will be responsible for the management and promote them to the transition from undergraduates to staff as soon as possible. Teachers cannot be just restricted with school teaching, but also constantly enter the businesses to update their professional knowledge for better use in their own teaching schedule. The above-mentioned basic innovations are included in this paper.
