Our country always lays great emphasize on the healthy development of preschoolchildren, among which the pre-school children’s psychological health level has fundamentalinfluence on both individual and our nation. Recently, both domestic and abroad researchershave paid increasingly attention to the mental health status of preschool children; they alsomade the corresponding research. Due to pre-school education career in China starts late,preschool children research mainly focus on the importance of mental health and how toprevent it. Existing domestic children’s mental health measurement tools, some of which arecompiled but insufficient system, some of which are revised foreign scale, but it differ greatlycompared to the children’s mental health status of the era, in conclusion, it is necessary tocreate a questionnaire which is suitable for the present stage of children’s mental health.This study adopts the Achenbach child behavior scale which was revised by masssample. It is suitable for the present stage of children’s mental health questionnaire, and select5years old children in Dalian as the research subject, investigating5years old children’spsychological health status, to discuss the link between the mental health status in childrenand gender differences as well as whether there are differences between parents and teachersreport about children’s psychological problems, in order to propose the correspondingsuggestions according to the result of research. The analysis of the test results showed that:1. The revision of the “Dalian city5years old children’s behavior questionnaire” has goodreliability and validity, which can be used to measure5years old children’s psychologicalhealth problems.2. The detection rate of5years old children’s psychological health problem are9.9%and8.5%for boys and girls respectively, which shows the overall situation has decreased thanbefore.3. There are differences of5years old children’s psychological health problems in aggressiveand disruptive behavior, and the number of boys are more than girls in aggressive anddisruptive behavior obviously; in contrast, the difference in depression, attention problems,division force, discipline and the total score were not dramatically.4. There are no obviously difference between teachers and parents in5years old children’spsychological problems in the notice of the problem and separatist force on the twodimensions, there were significant differences in depression, aggression, discipline,vandalism dimensions, introversion and extroversion. And usually teachers can point out more children’s psychological problems than the parents do.
