In recent years, with the vigorous development of China’s internationalpromotion of Chinese business overseas international growing demand for Chineselanguage teachers, the international Chinese language teachers training to become avery important issue, how targeted and effective training of international Chineselanguage teachers our study is the starting point and ending point. This article isbased on the basis of constructivist theory of international Chinese language teachersto explore the quality and training strategies analysis, and put forward some of theinternational Chinese language teacher education reform proposals and measures topromote the development of the international promotion of Chinese industry.Full-time teachers of Chinese international Chinese teachers as selectedprimarily by domestic, volunteer Chinese teachers abroad categories consisting oflocal Chinese teachers. Full-time Chinese teacher, volunteer Chinese teachers in thecountry send this paper as the main object of study. From the emergence anddevelopment of international Chinese language teachers, analyzes the process andcurrent situation of the development of international Chinese language teachers toprovide a basis for research studies in this paper. Analysis of the current internationalChinese language teachers should have the ability and training objectives, a clearstudy characteristics of the object. Meanwhile, under the guidance of constructivisttheory, the international Chinese language teachers from Chinese as " learningfacilitator " point of view, analyze the behavior of their duties and should have thequality and other aspects, Analysis and its main features and content. Finally, basedon the constructivist theory of international Chinese language teachers trainingstrategies were studied, with training methods, approaches and measures as well asour recommendations on international Chinese language teacher education reform.I hope you can provide some reference for the international Chinese languageteachers in our culture through the study of this article, make training more targeted,more focused training process and to foster international qualified Chinese teachers,optimizing international Chinese teachers.
