The research object of this paper is now within the administrative area of Liaoningprovince han to qing dynasty music image. Belongs to field to musicology, musichistory and category of music archaeology in ancient China. This article89remaininginvolved music image,4pieces of han dynasty;20in the tang dynasty; Liao dynasty30; Jin1piece;2pieces of yuan dynasty;10pieces of Ming dynasty;22pieces in theqing dynasty, the han, tang, liao, jin and yuan dynasties music remains almost areunearthed material, and the period of Ming and qing were handed down. In this paper,according to the characteristics of the era of the music image can be divided into threestages, namely the han and tang dynasties period, the liao yuan period, and during theMing and qing dynasties, and the various stages of music image, respectively, tofurther study. First of all, in this paper, the music image remains in tombs profiles tocomb, can probably see right through these tombs shape burial area belongs to culture;Then, according to the classifying these music image, music form and in theunderstanding of music archaeology perspective combing; Finally, the music imagesappeared in the form of music to be further studied, and compared with hiscontemporary music image research, tries to summarize regional characteristics of theancient music culture in liaoning province, and accordingly with his age and culturebetween the origin and the main origin relations.
