Study On The Structure Of "Necessary + N"

With the structure “够+N” set as the object, the essay studies the grammatical function and semantic characteristics of three “够+N” structures respectively and pays special attention to the reason why nouns in “够 2+N” have semantic slant and the forming and perceiving mechanics of “够 3+N”.Compared with each other, we get the identities and differences of “够 2+N”and“够 3+N” with respect to sources of evaluative meanings and evaluative functions, deeming that the same cultural elements influence both of them. Discovering the nouns of three “够+N” structures change gradually in adjective property and judging color, we conclude a continuum of nouns to form an internal contact among three structures.
