| There are seven well-known versions of exegeses about Guoyu in Han and Wei Dynasty, the authors are Zhong Zheng, Kui Jia, Su Wang, Fan Yu, Gu Tang, Zhao Wei, Chao Kong, respectively. However, with the changing academic times,Zhao Wei’s note only has spread so far integrallty. Others gradually submerged in the sea of history, only to be quoted in the history books, philology books and commentaries. In Qing Dynasty a lot of scholars indulged in compilation, such as Shi Huang, Guohan Ma, Yuansun Wang, Yueyu Jiang, Renjun Wang, Mo Wang, Ge Lao, Guofan Zeng and so on. They collected and reorganized the six versions of exegeses about Guoyu except Zhao Wei’s, then people can see them today.This paper wishes to compare Zhao Wei’s exegesis about Guoyu to the other six by the collenction books of scholars in Qing Dynasty, to explore Zhao Wei’s choice criterion with the early exegeses about Guoyu, what’s more we can tap the value and make more sense in Zhao Wei’s exegesis on bibliography and annotation. By analysing advantages of Zhao Wei’s exegesis, and then revealing the reasons why Zhao Wei’s exegesis has spread so far.Comparative study of the current between Zhao Wei’s exegesis and the other six has commenced in the academic community. Nevertheless, there is considerable research space. Therefore, the significance of this writing commentaries on the one hand combing traditional Han Dynasty scholars, on the one hand trying to single-handedly fill the gap between research on Zhao Wei’s exegesis and the other six for later interrelated researchers provide reference. |
