Research On Ecological Colonialism

Ecological colonialism,as a method of capitalist countries to maintain the rapid development of the national economy in the context of globalization. The developed countries through the ecological colonial plunder and exploitation of resources in developing countries,carries on the pollution the purpose is to guarantee the sustainability of their ecological environment. Ecological colonialism, as an unjust means, the harm of the ecological environment on the contemporary world is great, not only to the developing countries,also cause serious impact on developed countries.This paper based on the approach of critique of capitalist system, through the analysis of ecological colonialism and the background, causes and the developed countries take measures in detail and points out that ecological colonizers, product Eco colonial essence is still the pursuit of the interests of the capitalist mode of production, point out the harmfulness of ecological colonialism. At last of this paper, through use the theory of Marx and Engels and ecology, and the related theory of Ecology Marxism to the criticism,the purpose is through this study of the problem of current environmental protection in our country,provides some new ideas and suggestions.China as a developing country,under the globalization, not only to seize the opportunity to develop the national strength, also need to resist the invasion of the developed countries in the process of globalization. In the face of the massive influx of foreign capital, we must remain vigilant, take our advantage of the more attention should be paid to the protection of the environment at the same time. Therefore, conduct a comprehensive and system analysis of Eco colonialism is very important.
