The progress of science and technology triggers a medium change, and promotes the effective information transmission. There is no doubt that the way disseminate information in today’s media and the channels people access information have undergone tremendous changes. New information and communication pathways are emerging, for example, e-mail, blog, micro blog, micro message, APP and so on. We cannot imagine the frequency of replacement in traditional media era. Media and public unconsciously entered into a full media era of mutual integration of old and new media.In full media era, network as the basis for communication ways using multiple channels and massive upload capacity on news photography picture with vigor. Fast-paced lifestyle and have no choice in the mass of information make news photography picture as an intuitive visualization presentation of information, very loved by the people. Today, with the increase in communication channels and interaction between the two sides of communication and reception, the communication of news photography picture is far different from the single traditional media era.In full media era, what psychological changed between the two sides of communication and reception, when they disseminate and receive news photography picture? With the psychological changed by both sides, dissemination of news photography picture of what new features appear? Main stream media like newspapers, radio and television, the network in the full media age, how to improve the competitiveness on using news photography pictures? When the mainstream news media are using pictures, what’s the problem reoccurred and how to deal with it? These issues will be the focuses of this news photography picture research in the perspective of the full media.
