This paper takes the Jingmen City Museum of finishing the Guodian Chu slips- Ziyi, the Shanghai Museum collection- Ziyi by Ma Chengyuan as dibon, The control of the handed down "book of Rites – Ziyi " the use of words to find out the variant. Using of induction consolidated the views of experts and scholars, as far as possible to choose and follow what is good.This paper has four parts: introduction, text, conclusion and appendix. The introduction mainly introduces basic situation, value, significance of the Guodian Chu slips and Shanghai Museum collection Ziyi, as well as the source of material, research methods, innovation and the significance of the topic. The text consists of three parts: The first part introduces the research status of the Guodian Chu slips and Shanghai Museum collection Ziyi, such as Ziyi writers on individual words, textual research and so on. The second part introduces the situation of bamboo slips Ziyi variants and handed down the Ziyi. The definition of unusual characters, reasons and classification analysis of variants generated list display, three versions of Ziyi variant situation. The third part is the abridged edition Ziyi and handed down the Ziyi variant glossary which is divided into twenty-three chapters(abridged edition Ziyi chapter number), each chapter first column Guodian, Shangbo and handed down Ziyi, then list the variants, organize related researchers, finally list the author individual opinion.
