With the development of computer network, language learning and research methods are updating rapidly, and there has been a lot of digital and networked research platforms, which will replace the traditional way of language study, and will gradually forming a new way of language learning research. The research platform is a research tool and a means of learning. It has intuitive, vivid, high efficiency and other prominent advantages. It is an important research platform to language learning. If the digital network can be used scientifically and rationally, it will make the way of learning more colorful. The research approach adequately improves learning efficiency.According to the nature of the associated Markov, this article proposes a new vocabulary test model. The main propose of the model is how to select the test vocabulary from the vocabulary library. There is a close correlation between the vocabulary of the tested and the next vocabulary of test. The next vocabulary of test is determined by the state of tested vocabulary. Finally, based on the nature of the associated Markov. the learning platform has been designed and implemented. The new theory will be explored and practiced on the platform, which will provide people quantitative research and analysis with a new method as a very powerful tool for language teaching and learning.This paper firstly discusses the vocabulary research achievements and the vocabulary test model of domestic and foreign. These achievements analyzed the vocabulary test requirements, and vocabulary test impact on learning and teaching. On the foundation of these studies, based on the associated Markov, I propose a new model of vocabulary test. Then, the digital platform was designed in detail. The digital platform includes a test module, a learning module and a dictionary module. The test module is divided into three parts:1) Chinese and English test;2) English and Chinese Test;3) Listening Test;The evaluation model of the test has been designed according to the theory proposed by this article. Other modules are designed as a platform of learning, which provides learners with many additional learning tools. At the end of the thesis, the system functions of the platform are tested, such as the test model and assisted learning modules, and the further research work is summarized. A conclusion can be drawn that the level of the results of the platform test and the actual level of the testers are relatively close, through the testing and analysis. The platform can be used in the auxiliary teaching to help teachers understand students’ vocabulary level and make plan of teaching, reduce some tests of paper in teaching and save a lot of teaching resources.
