A Comprehensive Study On The Relevant Department

Shuo Wen Jie Zi is the first part of analysising of the font,explaining the meaning,and identifying the sound dictionary in China, and at the same time,it is the classics philology and The first radical arrangement method.Since the advent, all previous dynasties scholars carried on the thorough research from different angles for it, while according to the the radical words study is of great significance. Shuo Wen Jie Zi and the toe form related radical is the total of 25 radical, among them,the toe related form is 20 radical in total, respectively “foot radical,chi radical,chuo radical,shu radical,yin radical,zou radical ”and so on. The body of the words is 409 and variant Chinese character is 53. Among them,related to the toe form, has nothing to do but just right is the total of 4 radical, respectively “mai radical,chuan radical,wei radical,jie radical”. The body of the words is 37 and variant Chinese character is 12.This article is aimed at the body words,from the radical of choreography, structure,meaning, origin and the contrast between Shuo Wen Jie Zi and Modern Chinese dictionary to research.This paper consis of six parts.The first part is introduction.which summarizes the present situation about the reaserch of radical “zhi” in Shuo Wen Jie Zi from different perspective according to the effort of the generations. The second part foucses on the arrangement of words with radical “zhi”.This part shows both normal and special situation. The third part is the classification based on the meanings and part of speech. The forth part analses the two revolution ways of the words, source-revolution and cross-revolution. It also discusses the structure of the words. All the words with the radical “zhi” in Shuo Wen Jie Zi can be divided into four diffirent kind, pictographic characters, self-explanatory characters, associative compounds and pictophonetic characters.The fifth part compares the words with radical “zhi” in Shuo Wen Jie Zi with those in Contemporary Chinese Dictionary.
