This paper takes the Buddha source words included in "The Dictionary Of Loanwords In Chinese " as the research object, makes much investigation and quantitative analysis on it, presents a overall situation and related characteristics of them. The full text is divided into five parts:The introduction mainly introduces the selected topic significance, the research object of this paper and the research status, in the aspect of present research it mainly introduces the study of Buddha source term and the related research of "The Dictionary Of Loanwords In Chinese ", then introduced the research methods and innovations of this article, finally made a brief explanation of corpus sources.The first chapter mainly explains the scope of the Buddhism buzzwords and The buddhist term defined in this paper, and then makes a more detailed investigation on Buddhism buzzwords separately from the form characteristics (mainly including syllable characteristics and morphological characteristics) and semantic aspects these two parts, and summarizes the related characteristics of the Buddhism buzzwords of Buddha source words included in "The Dictionary Of Loanwords In Chinese’The Second chapter makes an related investigation on the buddhist term from form and semantic, it summarizes Syllable characteristics, morphological characteristics and semantic characteristics of the buddhist term ofBuddha source words included in "The Dictionary Of Loanwords In Chinese".
