| The study subjects were third grade students of experimental middle school. The method of choosing subjects was that:Firstly, the teacher recommended 200 students who may have test anxiety. Then the 200 students were given diagnosis test anxiety scale to be sure that one person got one paper, and then found out the valid subjects. Secondly the self-esteem scale was used for further testing, and the students strictly were matched for the experimental group and control group, one for 15 people.The results showed that:(1) after group psychological guidance, the test anxiety levels of the experimental group had fallen, but self-esteem levels rose. (2)Without group psychological guidance, the control group levels of test anxiety and self-esteem did not change much.Conclusion:This Group psychological guidance was effective.The Group psychological guidance made the members’ problem in common, and let them find the way to solve the problem;The reasonable mood therapy adjustmented their thinking and cognition, then to reduce the anxiety level;The Group psychological guidance affected self-esteem levels and the Students could correct self-evaluation and weaken the anxious mood. |
