The professional English teaching and research started relatively late in our country, it cause widespread concern in academic field until the last century 80’s. Professional English teaching has played an important role in the international academic exchanges and cooperation of the related disciplines, played a positive role in promoting the domestic related disciplines development. At present, professional English teaching in China has been more widely, but the situation is worrying:textbooks are messy, teaching resources update slowly, teaching methods are outdated and simplistic, backward teaching means, ignore the cultivation of students’ autonomous learning ability and communicative competence, especially the serious lack of the training of listening and speaking of English, the professional English teaching is facing severe reform in our country. Educational technology is a relatively young discipline in China, need continuous development and make progress. "The Professional English for Educational Technology" as an advanced course of educational technology playing an important role in contacting with the trends of frontier development abroad and promoting the development of the domestic educational technology. With the internationalization of education development, international academic exchange and cooperation has become increasingly frequent, not only bring higher language requirement to the current educational technology professional teaching and learners, but also presents a challenge to the "Professional English for Educational Technology" teaching.In recent years, the rise of globalization and the application of MOOC and the flipped classroom provides a path of reform for the current professional English teaching in China. The high quality course resources on the MOOC platform are not restricted by geographical factors, can support the learners browse, download. The video resources on the MOOC platform, which provides rich listening and speaking material for "Professional English for Educational Technology" teaching. The flipped classroom as an innovative way of teaching, reverses the traditional teaching process, put the knowledge transfer before class, knowledge absorption in class, the reverse teaching method will be beneficial to the implementation differences in teaching. Taking the foreign MOOC video resources and flipped classroom teaching advantages, foreign MOOC video used in professional English teaching of flipped classroom, will be a good attempt for the teachers in professional English listening and speaking teaching. This study will select the foreign countries MOOC video that related to educational technology apply to "Professional English for Educational Technology" teaching, mainly used to improve the professional English listening ability, and promote students to learn professional knowledge as the main research target.This study is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction. It mainly expounds the research background of this study, related research status at home and abroad, the question put forward, the research significance, research objectives, research contents, research methods, research ideas.The second chapter is the foundation of this research. This part is discussed from three aspects of MOOC, the flipped classroom, relevant theoretical basis. This study is a listening comprehension ability in order to achieve the teaching application of MOOC video using the "flipped" teaching idea in the mastery learning theory, the input hypothesis theory and multi-mode under the guidance of the theory of.The third chapter is the design of teaching application part of this research. According to the investigation and analysis of teachers and students, the curriculum goal, curriculum resources, teaching platform, teaching process and several other aspects of the design. The classroom teaching is the emphasis of this part, to realize the combination of professional English listening goals and designed corresponding activities.The fourth chapter is the analysis of teaching practice and effect. This part is the core part of this study, introduces in detail based on MOOC video "Professional English for Educational Technology" teaching the application of the inversion process, and through the observation method, survey method, experimental method was used to collect data on the teaching practice, from before and after the observation, survey data, interviews, professional English listening test four aspects of performance has carried on the analysis to the application effect.The fifth chapter is the research conclusion and discussion. In this part, the author summarizes the conclusions of this study, and points out some problems existing in the research. Based on the previous study, the author put forward some corresponding suggestions for improvement according to the feel of participant in teaching and the feedback from students.
