| The annual British Black Pool Dance Festival is regarded as “The international dance of the Olympic Games”. The Ballroom Dancing also named “Dance Sports”. It was opened in a town named “Black Pool”. Its known as the world’s highest honor in the international standard dance, its prestige even more than in the world named “Championship”. For all the world to participate in the international standard dance work, the British Black Pool Dance Festival is the international standard dance activities, it is also the important stage of the development level of international standard dance. At present, the domestic for British Black Pool Dance Festival research is relatively limited and just belong to the early stage, the lack of systemic research depth is not enough and is less concentrated, most of the studies is about Asia and China, there are few research on Europe and America.
