Popular communication is the social foundation strategy of "Silk Road Economic Belt and 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road" policy, such as "Policy Communication、Unit Road、Trade Flow、Currency Interlinked、Popular Communication",and the "five" content is the main way to maintain good political and economic relations internationally. The focus of popular communication is cultural communication, it is only to improve the cultural intimacy and create more economic and trade cooperation opportunities. As China’s economy continues promoting industrial transformation and upgrading, cultural role in promoting economic openness has been beyond the general resource element factor.Researching the influence of cultural differences on general merchandise closeness, cultural goods, tourism trade, and have a significant on revealing the theoretical of bilateral trade has continued to win-win and achieve mutual development.This article analyzes that culture proximity impact on bilateral trade in goods,trade of cultural products, cross-border tourism trade from the methods of literature review, the mechanism and factors, empirical analysis and other methods. Culture proximity can be subdivided into cultural distance, institutional distance, diplomatic relations, the common language of the four cultural indicators as independent variables, choosing bilateral merchandise trade, trade cultural and creative products, cross-border tourism data about 30 countries from 1999--2013 years. The article uses the Expanded Trade Gravity Model to analyze that the impact on the direction of three bilateral trade by cultural differences, and compare the mechanism of action and influence.The article has shown that: cultural distance play an inhibitory effect on the general cargo trade, and cultural products trade and cross-border tourism trade has played an active role in this difference is mainly due to cultural differences leading to increased transaction costs and the cultural gap being caused by differences in cultural needs of consumers differentiation in the extent of the rise. System from the general cargo trade was positively correlated, and have complex relationship for cultural products trade and cross-border tourism trade. Because of economic freedom impacting on per capital,there is a complicated <relationship forehead between independent variable and dependent variable.Common language and diplomatic relations have played a significant positive role in promoting the direction of bilateral trade.In addition,the impact of the difference between the per capital of the partner countries for bilateral trade depends on the level of per capital income.
