Madarin fever is rapidly sweeping around world, and the number of Chinese learners is growing swiftly in the global. However, beneath the good monmentum of the global spread of Chinese, there are also some problems arose, for example, being short of qualified Chinese teacher; single teaching model contradicted the diverisfied demand of the learners; asking for flexible learning time and learning place by the amateur, ect.Mobile Learning can effectively solve the problems. In order to meet the diversified demand of the learners, a wide variety of Chinese language learning applications being designed, nevertheless, the quality of the applications are less-than-desirable. For the sake of improving the quality of Chinese language learning applications as well as helping the global spread of Chinese, quality management is necessary. The author found that there are few expers or scholars making a profound study of it at present.The author uses literature research to collect the research results in the field of Chinese mobile learning, teaching management of E-learning and quality management, proposed the viewpoint of managing the quality of Chinese language learning applications. The author explains it from five aspects which are the main factors of the quality management.Then the author makes a thorough servey of the Chinese Apps and choose Chinese Skill、busuu、Rosetta Stone as the studying object. Analyzing the management of the Chinese Apps through content, users, environment.At last, the author summarizes the problems of the quality management of the Chinese Apps, for example inappropriate display and structure of the content, learning process lack of interests, be short of effective leaening progress management, single and imperfection learners management machanism, without service system and question-answer system, unreasonable language community management.The author also presents her proposals and thinking on the quality management of the Chinese Apps. Change the management philosophy, strengthen praticability of content management, add interests in the learning process, improve the mobile learning service system and build diversity learner’s management machanism.
