The History Of American Photographic Schools And The Development Of Today

Photography as a form of art, compared with other human arts, its history is relatively short. Photography was invented in France in August 1839, has less than one hundred and eighty years of history, but photography has penetrated into every corner of our life, which influences the development of the world.In September 1839, photography was introduced into the United States. Soon, photography was widely used in the land in the United States. Decades later, Kodak company developed a small portable camera makes the new art photography spread in the society. Photography in continuous development on the basis of science and technology progress, and through a series of concepts of alternating updating, with lots of great talents, has played a great role to society, geography, art, business and other aspects in the United States.From the angle of the history of photography, the progress of social science and technology to promote the development of photography, but to some extent, the development of photography in some sense is to promote the advance of the society.I mainly read through a lot of books about the history of photography, also visited photography department of some museums in the United States, afterwards I integrated the information I have collected and learned. This article aimed to introduce the important genre of photography and explore the vein of American photography in art history. At last, I wrote the general situation of the photography development trend in the United States.
