| Auxiliary verbs are not only the high frequency usage words in daily life, but the key points and difficulties in teaching Chinese as a foreign language. In this paper, the modal verbs as the research content in the class of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, and select one of the most typical “canâ€, “will†and “may†for detailed research. Describing the semantic features and grammatical features, and comparative analysis the differences of “potential†on the three table. And we count HSK dynamic composition corpus for statistical errors of the three words corpus, and sums up the four types of errors. This paper analyzes the reasons of errors from the negative transfer of mother tongue, target language knowledge generalization and communication strategy. We put forward the targeted possible suggestions in improving the modal verbs “canâ€, “will†and “may†in teaching. |
