This thesis carries out mainly research on current condition of female music education in high educational schools in China from angle of pedagogics, psychology, sociology and women’s studies and based on music education theories and practices.In the long history of music development, people are the main carrier, as a part women’s strength has to be stressed. Observing the student group accepting music teacher education in high educational schools today, it is not hard to find that the majority is female, which necessarily results that most music teachers sent to middle and primary schools are female. Yet few women are found among renowned professors and management of domestic major music universities and colleges. Aiming at this condition, the author will deeply explore the reason from such aspects as physical and psychological difference between male and female students, curriculum system and teaching plan,social sex, etc., so as to discover female feature, limitation in music education activities as well as its impact on future and practical significance.This article includes three parts: in the first part put current issues in music education found from the angle of imbalanced sex ratio. In the second part, objectively, rationally analyze deep reasons resulting in these issues starting from the angle of sex difference and based on relative theories. In the third part discuss the mode of talent training and developmental direction of future music teacher education in high educational schools, vocational development planning of female music teachers and restructuring of female “say” in music education circle from the angle of post modern constructivism and deconstructivism.
