Music is an important medium for people to communicate meaning and emotion from cognitive psychology point of view, is composed of numerous acoustic music symbols series with the acoustic event information, although listed in the language of music known as the "language", but the difference is, there is no clear musical notation and semantics, but with a more abstract and vague, and therefore, whether we can transfer music semantic information, how to pass semantic information, has been a researcher problems questioning and concern. In recent years, under Thoughts Embodied Cognition and Language(embodied language of cognition), driven by more and more researchers emphasize music characterized extraction operation for understanding the semantics of music, especially to understand the importance of mood music semantics. Several aspects of the above discussion and the answer will recognize pitch activate cognitive mechanisms mood, emotion and music activate a wider range of cognitive mechanisms play a quite important role in the promotion.In this study, the above problems, based on semantic priming paradigm, the direction of pitch movement and spatial semantic consistency paired words, the direction should be high and emotional semantic consistency paired through behavioral experiments and EEG experimental research and further the semantic association between correlation analysis to explore the music of the action and emotion semantic space. Study results showed that:(1) the pitch direction activations semantic space, through behavioral experiments found that compared to the pitch direction and action spaces semantic word matching inconsistent condition, a shorter time under conditions consistent with the subject’s response found in EEG experiments inconsistent condition is activated bigger N400 amplitude.(2) activation of emotional semantics pitch direction, through behavioral experiments found that compared to the case of a pitch direction and emotional match inconsistent condition, a shorter time under conditions consistent with the subject’s reaction, inconsistencies are found in conditions of greater EEG activation experiments the N400 amplitude. A certain correlation between the activation space action semantics and emotional semantics(3) pitch direction, the brain region matching criteria consistent action space semantics and music distribution and brain match conditions consistent musical and emotional semantics of distribution one to one relationship exists, while matching the inconsistent condition of brain music and movement space semantics distribution and brain match inconsistent condition and emotional semantics of music distribution is also a correlation between the presence of one to one.
