Butoften the consumer because of lack of legal support corresponding to the lost, how cansuch a result is benefit to maintain fair market economic order.Star endorsement false advertising liability is not perfect, legislative oversight,judicial lack of legal support as well as the law enforcement is weak situation of legalenvironment of. Both theorists and practitioners are aware of the seriousness of thesocial problems, and make a certain degree of research. But still exist manydifferences, such as the legal liability of star spokesmen, how to establish the correctrule principle.
