With the theory of organizational culture and organizational effectiveness,through the analysis of interviews with core members of SYMCA, field observation data and related literature data by the interview method, observation method and literature method, the organizational culture of SYMCA is discussed, the organizational culture construction based on promoting organizational effectiveness is analyzed, and its organizational culture development experiences are discussed in the paper, which has an important significance for other NGOs’ cultural construction. To build the organizational culture promoting the effectiveness of the organization,the internal construction of organizational culture should be strengthened from the basic ideas and values,system and normative level in the process of active adaption to the external environment. The organizational culture can improve organizational centripetal force and cohesion,and thus improve organizational effectiveness. |
