A Study On The Optimization Of Disposable Event Mode Of Municipal Public Security Organs

With the development of reform and opening-up and socialist modernization construction actively promote, China is gradually entering into an important period of a social transition and institutional transition. The conflicts between various social classes and interest groups have become increasingly prominent. The mass incidents show an increasing trend year by year, which influence China’s current and future period of social harmony and stable and have become one of the focus of social problems at all levels of government and the masses of the people. Municipal public security organs play an important role in dealing with group events. One takes the public security organs in the work of personal and relevant experience as the starting point, comprehensively analyzes the problems and reasons of municipal public security authority in the disposal of group events, and countermeasures that municipal public security authority should follow when dealing with group events.The assignment is composed of four parts.Chapter1. Introduction. This part mainly focuses on the research background, research purpose and significance, research ideas, research contents and methods, and specifically discusses the group events that domestic and foreign experts have studied in recent years.Chapter2. The theoretical basis of the disposal of group events. Firstly, based on three different dimensions of the concept of group events, one discusses in detail the characteristics of group events. Secondly, the current large group events based on evolutionary trends, one sums up the current group incidents. At the same time, the theory bases of this paper are described. Finally, through in-depth study of group incidents, one summarizes the functions and role of the public security organs in the process in the disposal process.Chapter3. The present situation and problems of the municipal public security organs in dealing with group events. One analyzes the typical group events under special background of City X, summarizes the specific incentives and shows some problems of municipal public security organs in dealing with group events from marco and micro aspects, therefore tells the potential relationship between the event, social background and processing method.Chapter4. Optimization Countermeasures of municipal public security authority dealing with group events way. In view of the current municipal public security authority and disposal problems and reasons mentioned above, one puts forward the Optimization Countermeasure of municipal public security authority dealing with group events, makes clear the role orientation of the public security organs in the disposal process and further improve the information system of public security organs, grasp the direction of public opinion, and make the group events to eliminate in the bud stage, promoting social harmony and stability.
