| As social progress and development of information technology, a tool for data representation gradually appears in human production, operation, management activities, it uses tables, graphs and other formats to dynamically display data for easy market analysis and strategic decision by managers. This is the report, reeport include both content and form, its contents is the wide variety of data which reflects the operating results and financial status of enterprises and other specific meaning,its form are mainly graphs and tables.In the current data processing environment, the traditional way of making report is difficult to meet the requirements of efficiency and mass data.As the development of report technology,reporting tool appears, which generally include some functions such as defining data source, generating,modifying,parsing report,previewing and printing report etc. It is necessary to solve two major problems in order to complete the report by computer instead of manual operation,one is the data sources,and the other is the report format.After comprehensively analysing the characteristics of the reporting tools,this article proposes the solution based on Flex and JasperReport,the solution not only solves the difficulities such as deployment,upgrade and having less users,but also make full use of the client's computing ability and make the data transfer efficient,In addition,because of using the JasperReport engine which is open and written by java,the reporting tool has strong function and rich format,make the generation,compile,fill,export of the report more easier.This article will give detail explanation and design about JasperReport's mechanism,data structure of report,object converter,how to integrated with JasperReport,object map between client and server-side,how to realize the report designer,besides,it will verify the feasibility of reporting tools's model by combining with the realization of tools,while,disscuss the further research of reporting tool. |
