With the strengthening of collectivization control dynamics, each power group through establishing group level real-time/history data center, collect the real-time/historical data in the SIS system of subordinate power plants to the real-time/historical database system platform in the power group. Because the real-time/history data center is the important strut of group control and scientific decision-making. The real-time data must not only meet the applications need,but also must reach high operation reliability.This paper around the real-time data protocols and reliability issues of production data transmission, focus on the real-time data transmission in the process of software technology research. According to realize remote acquisition data reunification, improved the commonly used real-time data transmission protocols make it can meet the requirements of data transfer time-scale, give the improved extended-precision data code format and realization method. Direct at how to improve the reliability of data real-time transmission, designed and realized based on breakpoint continuingly and data cache of data transmission method;Direct at the data synchronization problem between the Group lateral real-time/historical database and power plants lateral real-time/history library, based on the IBM federal channel technology, give the historical data synchronization integrated design scheme. According to the group data center of data transmission application requirements, development and realize the real-time data transmission communication software, which has carried on experiment and application.
