Web-based Remote Control System Centres

In recent years, as Internet enjoys a worldwide development by leaps and bounds, the application of web technology has been extended to various enterprise and industrial systems, with an increasing number of digital products requiring remote access and monitoring through web interface. Asking for little from remote terminal, combined with the widespread use of Internet and wideband, Web-based remote control will be widely applied to remote monitoring of industrial device, automatic agriculture, information appliance,intelligent building, remote security monitoring, etc., which makes embedded web server a hot objective in embedded field research.This study on web-based remote control system centres around embedded web server, which is accessible through Internet and controls every node through fieldbus to realize remote monitoring which ensures that embedded web server can be accessed by any PC with a brower through Internet.Remote monitoring system consists of three parts:field data-acquisition device(several devices are acceptable), local web server and remote monitoring host. To facilitate the realization of unattended operation, web server connects with field data-acquisition device through fieldbus, roughly processes data collected by field sensor and sends them to remote monitoring host through Internet. The key in the design of remote monitoring system is to link different types of fieldbuses or control network to ethernet to realize real-time transmission of monitoring data.
